Wow,
a lot has happened since my last pop art piece!
I was featured in the first issue of online art magazine Droga Magazine (www.drogamag.com/category/down…)

I created some poker pop art for the sportswear company OnTilt (www.ontilt.com), sponsoring the World Series of Poker

I am making a cover for Alphabets Heaven (www.myspace.com/alphabetsheave…) from the Canadian electronic music label King Deluxe (www.kingdeluxe.ca)

And I got a request from Martin Dawber a well known author of several publications about modern art. He wants to feature some of my works in his new book "Modern Vintage Illustrations"

JUST AMAZING. :w00t:

Further I have some new Star Wars PopArt works in the pipeline that I will publish here within in next weeks. So become a friend and stay tuned.
An exciting time has just started! :woohoo:

No doubt, if Roy Lichtenstein would be still alive, he would be a Jedi!

I am a big fan of the whole PopArt movement; especially the comic art of Roy Lichtenstein is very inspiring. I love the bright colors, the Ben-Day dots, and the simple critique of our affluent society with its trivial problems. Due to the facts that there is too less PopArt in this world, I think it's time to pop this art again (at least I will do so)!
My main theme is also part of the pop culture for a long time and touches people of all ages: The Star Wars universe. A Mashup of these two big topics would be perfect because it will keep the tradition of Lichtenstein’s work but will place it in our time. And to hold up the fundamentals of a Jedi and also of the today’s Web 2.0 (and to fight Lord Jobs) ALL my artworks will be available as FREE download! They can be found here:

I have so many ideas and I try to realize as much as I can within the next weeks/months.

May the motivation be with me!
